4 WEEKS TO TRANSFORMATION

Our yoga therapy programs are designed to teach you body-based practices that will help you achieve your wellness goals naturally. In each four week program, you receive a completely customized weekly routine that will help you establish a firm foundation for lasting change.

BASIC PROGRAM

The basic program is best suited for experienced yoga practitioners and/or those who are more comfortable with self-directed practice. This program includes:

  • a consultation to establish your wellness goals and inform program design

  • a practice packet with therapeutic yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises designed just for you

  • Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching

    • dietary analysis​

    • daily self-care routine

    • personalized Ayurvedic practices

  • personalized goal tracker and accountability meetings

FULL SERVICE PROGRAM

The full service program is best suited for those who are new to yoga and/or want more structure and guidance in their practice. This program includes:

  • a consultation to establish your wellness goals and inform program design

  • live sessions with Nancy

    • 4 one-hour sessions or 8 half-hour sessions​

    • instruction and guided practice of therapeutic yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques

    • Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching

      • dietary analysis​

      • daily self-care routine

      • personalized Ayurvedic practices

  • personalized goal tracker and guided daily practice packet to motivate your progress between sessions
